Order of Service
The sequence in which a movement runs. Steps are numbered, never timed: queue lengths and official checks belong to the airport and the authorities, not to us.
Arrival
- Named host meets the party at the arrival point agreed with the desk (VIP and VVIP; confirm for Essential).
- Escort through the fast track lane. Every official check is completed by you, in person.
- Customs declaration support.
- Baggage collection with porter support (VIP and VVIP; piece count confirmed for Essential).
- Onward to the executive transfer (VIP and VVIP), or handover at the arrivals kerb (Essential).
Departure
- Kerb meet at the departure drop-off.
- Porter takes the pieces.
- Check-in support at the airline counter.
- Escort through the fast track lane. Official checks completed by you.
- Lounge, where available. Farewell at the last point the host may accompany you.

Names are checked against passports and the flight number and date against your ticket.

A named host meets you at the agreed point and the order of service runs as written.

Questions the desk hears most
Is the published price per person?
The tier sheet publishes Essential USD 105, VIP USD 500 and VVIP USD 1,500 per person, as of 2026. The desk confirms how that applies to your party before you book.
Does fast track let me skip immigration or security?
No. A host escorts you through the fast track lane, but you complete every immigration, customs and security check yourself. Nobody can bypass them.
Is lounge access included?
Lounge access is part of the VIP and VVIP published scope, where available on the day. It is not part of Essential.
Can I book for a late-night flight or at short notice?
The tier sheet lists the service as available 24/7. For late-night or last-minute requests, message the desk on WhatsApp and it will confirm what can be arranged.
Is this service run by the airport?
No. It is operated by Bali Premium Trip, a private concierge, and is not affiliated with the airport operator or any authority.
What do I need to send to book?
Names as on passports, flight number and date, the tier, your party makeup and piece count. The Protocol Card Composer prepares that brief for you.
