Last updated: 16 September 2026. This policy covers ngurahraivipfasttrack.com and bookings made through its WhatsApp and email channels.
The Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track privacy policy explains that Bali Premium Trip collects only the booking details needed to deliver arrival and departure assistance at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS): names, passport-name spelling, flight details and contact data. Data is shared only with the people delivering your service, never sold, and handled under Indonesia’s Law 27/2022.
Who is responsible for your data on this site?
Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track is an arrival and departure assistance service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), operated by Bali Premium Trip. The website is published by Juara Holding Group.
- Bali Premium Trip acts as the personal data controller for booking information: the details you send so a greeter, porter or driver can find you.
- Juara Holding Group acts as controller for website data, such as visit statistics and contact-button clicks.
We are an independent service, not the airport operator, and not endorsed by airport or government authorities. Every privacy request goes to one address: sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
What personal data do we collect, and why?
We ask only for what the booking needs. A VVIP family arrival needs more detail than an Essential booking for one traveller.
| Data | Typical example | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Full names | As printed on each passport | Greeter name board, lounge and partner lists |
| Passport-name spelling | Exact spelling, no nicknames | So lists match on the day |
| Flight details | Flight number, date, scheduled time | Timing the meet, tracking delays |
| Contact details | WhatsApp number, email | Written confirmation, day-of coordination |
| Party details | Adults, children, bags, prams | Porter, vehicle size, group handling |
| Transfer details | Hotel or villa address in Bali | Executive vehicle coordination |
| Care notes (optional) | Wheelchair booked with the airline | Coordinating the handover |
| Group manifests | MICE, incentive or wedding party lists | Required for group handling |
Care notes can count as health-related data, a specific category under Indonesian law. “Wheelchair requested through the airline” is enough; we do not need medical detail.
Please do not send passport scans or card numbers over WhatsApp. Passport-name spelling is normally sufficient; if reservations needs anything more, they will ask.
For website visitors we may record IP address, device type, pages viewed and clicks on WhatsApp or email buttons.
Which laws govern how your data is handled?
Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, known as UU PDP) is the primary framework. Enacted in October 2022, its transition period ended in October 2024, so it applies in full as of 2026.
Our processing takes place under Indonesian law, but for international visitors we follow core GDPR principles: purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limits and security. Where the GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are:
- Contract: arranging the service you asked for.
- Legal obligation: keeping tax and accounting records.
- Legitimate interests: preventing fraud and improving the website.
- Consent: optional analytics cookies and any marketing messages.
Who do we share booking data with?
Only with the people who deliver or support your booking. We do not sell personal data or pass it to advertisers.
| Recipient | What they receive | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Bali Premium Trip reservations team | Full booking file | Confirmation, planning, support |
| Greeters and porters | Names, flight, party size | Assistance on the day |
| Lounge or private-room providers (where available) | Names, time of use | Access, as confirmed |
| Executive vehicle partners | Lead name, contact, pickup and drop-off | Transfer coordination |
| Messaging, email and hosting providers | Data passing through their systems | Running WhatsApp, email and the website |
| Government authorities | Only what the law requires | Legal requests |
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and messages may be processed on servers outside Indonesia. UU PDP permits transfers abroad where adequate protection or safeguards exist, or with your consent. If you prefer, book by email instead.
Wheelchairs are requested through your airline, which applies its own privacy policy; we coordinate the handover only.
How long is your data kept?
- Booking files and chats: kept while the booking is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle changes, questions or disputes, then deleted or anonymised.
- Invoices and payment records: kept for as long as Indonesian tax rules require business records to be retained, currently up to ten years.
- Group manifests: deleted after the event and follow-up, unless the organiser asks us to keep them for a repeat booking.
- Website analytics: held in aggregated form under the analytics tool’s retention settings.
Does this website use cookies or analytics?
Yes, in a limited way. Essential cookies keep the site working and secure. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 may count visits, pages viewed and clicks on the WhatsApp and email buttons, so we can see which pages help travellers. We do not use analytics to identify you by name.
You can block cookies in your browser settings; booking by WhatsApp or email is unaffected. Where a consent banner appears, non-essential cookies load only after you accept.
What rights do you have, and how do you use them?
| Right | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Information and access | Ask what we hold and receive a copy |
| Correction | Fix a misspelled name or wrong flight number |
| Deletion | Ask us to erase data we no longer need |
| Withdraw consent | Stop optional processing such as marketing |
| Restrict or object | Pause certain processing, including automated decisions |
| Portability | Receive your data in a common format |
| Complaint | Contact the relevant Indonesian authority, or your local supervisory authority if you live in the EU or UK |
To make a request, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com with the subject “Privacy request”, the lead name on the booking, your travel date and what you would like us to do. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing data, and we respond within the time limits set by UU PDP.
For quick pre-flight corrections, such as a changed flight, WhatsApp +62 811-2859-0000.
How is your data protected?
- Access is limited to staff and partners who need it for your booking.
- Partners receive only the fields their role requires. A driver gets pickup details, not your full booking file.
- We do not ask for card numbers over WhatsApp.
- If a breach affects your data, UU PDP requires written notice to you and to the authority within 3 × 24 hours. We will follow that rule.
No system is perfectly secure; anything sent online carries some risk.
What booking terms and limits of responsibility apply?
These booking terms apply alongside this policy:
- Written confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing. Your message is a request until then.
- Published tiers (as of 2026, subject to change). Essential USD 105, VIP USD 500 and VVIP USD 1,500 per person. Lounge access, refreshments, private rooms and executive vehicles are provided where available and as confirmed. Transfers are quoted per request. Confirm children’s pricing with reservations.
- Accurate details. A wrong name spelling, flight number or date can put a greeter in the wrong place. We cannot be responsible for problems caused by incorrect information.
- Normal airport procedures. We escort you through the fast track lane where offered, then standard security. Every traveller completes the usual checks.
- Your travel documents. Travellers remain responsible for passports, entry requirements, arrival declarations and any tourist levy. Check official Indonesian government sources before you fly.
- Events outside our control. To the extent Indonesian law allows, we are not liable for disruption caused by flight changes, airline or airport decisions, weather or traffic.
How do you contact us about privacy?

We may update this policy as the law or the service changes; the date at the top shows the current version.
