Bali airport VIP lounge access comes with the VIP (USD 500) and VVIP (USD 1,500) packages from Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track, operated by Bali Premium Trip, where a lounge is available. Availability depends on your terminal, flight time and the lounge operator’s capacity that day, so it is checked per booking and never guaranteed.
Plenty of travellers picture a quiet seat before the long flight home from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We can often arrange that. We will not promise it before checking your specific flight.
Prices below are per person, as of September 2026, and subject to change. Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track is an independent assistance service. It is not the airport operator and is not endorsed by airport or government authorities.
What does each tier include for lounge access?
| Tier | Price per person (Sept 2026) | Lounge inclusion | What to expect on the day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | USD 105 | Not included | Fast track lane access with a greeter. You wait in the regular gate or seating areas. |
| VIP | USD 500 | Lounge access where available | Meet and greet where airport procedures permit, fast track lane escort, baggage assistance, customs guidance on arrival, refreshments where available, dedicated WhatsApp support. |
| VVIP | USD 1,500 | Lounge or private-room arrangements where available | Everything in VIP, plus a dedicated personal concierge throughout, porter service, baggage delivered to your vehicle and executive vehicle coordination (premium sedan such as Mercedes or BMW class, or Toyota Alphard, subject to availability). |
Vehicle transfers are quoted per request; there is no published transfer price. For children, an August 2026 FAQ source reported that under-2s are free for the service. Confirm that with reservations before you rely on it.
Why is lounge access “where available” and not guaranteed?
Lounges at DPS are run by their own operators, not by us. Four things decide whether a seat exists for you:
- Terminal. Ngurah Rai has separate international and domestic terminals. What can be arranged depends on which one your flight uses.
- Flight time. A very late or very early departure may fall outside a lounge’s opening hours.
- Capacity. In the busiest periods (typically July–August, late December to early January, Easter, Australian school holidays and Lebaran), lounges can fill up.
- Operator rules. Entry conditions, time limits and policies for children or extra guests are set by the lounge operator and can change without notice.
So we check each booking against your real flight. If a lounge cannot be arranged, the reservations team says so in writing before your booking is confirmed, and you decide whether to go ahead. Operators can still restrict entry on the day, which is exactly why we never call it guaranteed. The rest of your package (escort, baggage help, concierge at VVIP) still applies.
We do not name lounges or list facilities here; those belong to the operators and change. Ask about your date.
How is this different from an airline or card lounge?
| Route into a lounge | What decides entry | Who gets you there | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Airline lounge | Your ticket class or frequent flyer status with that airline or its alliance | You, after check-in and security | Premium-cabin passengers |
| Card or membership lounge | Your programme’s terms plus that lounge’s own capacity rules | You, presenting your card at the desk | Frequent flyers who already hold a membership |
| VIP or VVIP assistance (this service) | Arranged per booking with the lounge operator, where available | An escort from the kerb, through check-in and normal security | Families, seniors, executives and groups who want hands-on help as well as a quiet wait |
The real difference is the person beside you. An airline or card lounge gives you a room once you have found your own way through the terminal. A VIP or VVIP booking puts someone at your side from the kerb.
Already hold lounge entitlement through an airline or card? Tell us. You may only need the assistance part of a package, and we will say so.
Who gets the most from a lounge wait at Ngurah Rai?
- Families with toddlers and prams. A calmer space before boarding, with baggage help.
- Seniors. Wheelchairs are requested through your airline; our team coordinates the handover so nobody is left waiting at a counter.
- Corporate executives and their EAs. One WhatsApp thread for flight changes and a quieter place for calls.
- Honeymoon couples. A softer end to the trip, or a composed VIP arrival at the start of it.
- Groups, MICE, incentive and wedding parties. A passenger manifest is required. Lounge space for large groups is especially limited, so ask early.
- Privacy-sensitive guests. VVIP adds a dedicated concierge and private-room arrangements where available.
How early should you leave for DPS?
Follow your airline’s guidance, which is commonly about 3 hours before an international departure. Then add the drive. These ranges to DPS depend on traffic and are not guarantees; evening peaks and holidays stretch them.
| Starting area | Typical drive to DPS |
|---|---|
| Nusa Dua / Jimbaran | 20–45 minutes |
| Seminyak | 30–60 minutes |
| Uluwatu | 45–75 minutes |
| Canggu | 45–90 minutes |
| Ubud | 1.5–2.5 hours |
A lounge wait only helps if you arrive with time to use it.
How does booking lounge access work?
- Send your flight details on WhatsApp. Flight number, date, passenger names, number of travellers, children’s ages and any wheelchair needs.
- We check the lounge picture for that flight. Terminal, departure time, operator rules and expected demand on the date.
- You receive a written quote. It names the tier (VIP or VVIP) and states plainly whether lounge access can be arranged for your flight.
- Your booking is confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing. A WhatsApp enquiry on its own is not a confirmation.
- On the day, we track your flight to handle delays. Departure handling starts at the kerb, with a porter or baggage assistance to check-in, then an escort through normal security to the lounge where available.
Every traveller remains responsible for passports, entry requirements, arrival declarations and any tourist levy. Check these with official Indonesian government sources before you fly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is lounge access included in Bali airport fast track?
Not in every tier. Essential (USD 105 per person) covers fast track lane access with a greeter and no lounge. VIP (USD 500) includes lounge access where available, and VVIP (USD 1,500) includes lounge or private-room arrangements where available. Prices are as of September 2026, and lounge availability is checked for each flight.
Can I use a VIP lounge at Bali airport after I land?
Lounges are mainly a departure benefit, since most arriving guests want to reach their vehicle. If you need a wait on arrival, for example while the rest of your party lands, a lounge can be requested at VIP level, or a lounge or private room at VVIP level. It is arranged only where available and permitted for that terminal and time.
Which lounge will I be taken to at Ngurah Rai?
That depends on your terminal, your flight time and which operator can accept you on the date, so we do not publish a fixed lounge or list of facilities. Once the team has checked your flight, the written quote tells you what can be arranged. If nothing is available, you hear that before confirming.
Can children come into the lounge with me?
Lounge operators set their own rules for children and additional guests, and those rules can change, so we check them for each booking. For the assistance service itself, an August 2026 FAQ source reported that children under 2 are free. Treat that as unconfirmed until the Bali Premium Trip reservations team states it in your written quote.
What happens if the lounge is full on my travel date?
If the check shows no space, the team tells you in writing before your booking is confirmed. Lounge operators can still limit entry on the day, which is why access is never guaranteed. Your escort, baggage help and, at VVIP, personal concierge still apply. In peak periods such as July–August and late December, send flight details early.
