An Alphard airport transfer in Bali is a chauffeured Toyota Alphard luxury MPV waiting for you at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Bali Premium Trip pairs it with Ngurah Rai VIP fast track: Essential USD 105, VIP USD 500 or VVIP USD 1,500 per person, as of September 2026. The Alphard itself is quoted separately, per route and bag count.
The fast track tier covers the terminal; the Alphard covers the drive. Each is sized to your party.
The two hardest moments of a Bali arrival are the terminal and the kerb. The VIP and VVIP tiers put a greeter with you from the arrival area, or the airbridge where airport procedures permit, then escort you through the fast track lane and help with baggage. The Alphard solves the kerb: sliding doors, upright seating, room to strap in a child and keep bags off your lap.
Who this combination suits:

Families with toddlers, prams and child seats to fit
Couples with heavy luggage , such as honeymooners on a multi-week trip or divers carrying kit
Small executive teams of three or four who want to keep talking on the drive
Seniors who find a low sedan awkward to climb out of
Depending on layout, an Alphard carries six or seven passengers besides the driver, and the luxury versions often have two wide captain’s chairs in the middle row. Seats are rarely the constraint. Luggage is, because the cargo area behind the third row is shallow when every seat is in use.
These are planning ranges only; layouts differ, so the reservations team confirms fit per vehicle.

| Party | Typical fit in one Alphard | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 2 guests | 3–4 large suitcases plus carry-ons | Part of the third row can fold for extra bags |
| 3–4 guests | Usually 3–4 large suitcases | Where an Alphard makes most sense |
| 5–6 guests | Light luggage only | Large cases may need a second vehicle |
| Family with pram | 2 adults, 2 children, stroller, about 3 cases | Child seats reduce usable space |
| Surfboards, golf bags, dive crates | Case by case | Often better in a van |
When you message, give exact numbers: adults, children with ages, large cases, cabin bags and anything oversized. Two lines on WhatsApp prevent a kerbside repack.
Child seats are available on request, subject to availability. Share each child’s age and approximate weight so the right type is arranged. Children’s pricing for the fast track portion should be confirmed with reservations; an August 2026 FAQ source mentioned children under 2 travelling free, but treat that as unconfirmed until you see it in writing.
| Vehicle | Best for | Typical party | Luggage | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium sedan (Mercedes or BMW class) | Solo executives, couples travelling light | 1–2 guests | About 2 large cases | Least cargo space, lower seating |
| Toyota Alphard (luxury MPV) | Families, heavy-luggage couples, teams of 3–4 | 2–4 guests, up to 6 with light bags | About 3–4 large cases | Book early for peak dates |
| Premium van or minibus | Groups, wedding parties, MICE, sports kit | 6+ guests | High | Less private feel; manifest required |
All vehicles are subject to availability. Bali Premium Trip’s fleet spans several vehicle categories, so split-vehicle arrangements can be quoted when one Alphard is not enough.

The three tiers below cover airport assistance only, priced per person as of September 2026 and subject to change. There is no published Alphard price; the transfer is quoted per request based on destination, timing and vehicle.

Message on WhatsApp with your flight number, date, arrival or departure, and passenger names.
Send your counts : adults, children and ages, large cases, cabin bags, oversized items and child seats needed.
(Essential, VIP or VVIP) and give your drop-off or pickup address.
Receive a written quote for the Alphard transfer alongside the tier price.
A booking is confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing.
The team tracks your flight to handle delays, and your greeter meets you on arrival.

Departures start at the kerb: a porter takes bags to check-in, then you are escorted through normal security to the lounge where available. Follow your airline’s guidance, commonly about 3 hours before an international departure.
Book well ahead for July–August, late December to early January, Easter, Australian school holiday windows and Lebaran.

With every rear seat in use, plan on about 3–4 large suitcases plus cabin bags. Folding part of the third row adds space when only two or three guests travel. Layouts vary between vehicles, so send exact counts of large cases, cabin bags and oversized items, and the reservations team will confirm fit or suggest a second vehicle.
There is no published Alphard price. Bali Premium Trip quotes each transfer on request, based on destination, time of day and vehicle availability. The fast track portion is priced separately per person, as of September 2026: Essential USD 105, VIP USD 500 or VVIP USD 1,500. Both figures arrive together in your written quote.
Yes, child seats can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Share each child’s age and approximate weight when booking so the right seat type is prepared, and mention any pram or travel cot. Child seats take up cabin and cargo space, so the team rechecks luggage fit for your family before confirming.
The team tracks your flight so the greeter and driver can work to the actual landing time. Include your flight number when booking and keep WhatsApp reachable after you land. If you rebook onto a different flight or date, message the reservations team straight away so the booking and pickup details are updated in writing.
For two travellers with light bags, a Mercedes or BMW class sedan is usually enough. The Alphard earns its place with three or more guests, children needing seats, more than two large suitcases, or long drives such as Ubud at 1.5–2.5 hours. Sliding doors and higher seating also make getting in and out easier for seniors.
