Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track is a VIP and VVIP arrival and departure assistance service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. It is an independent concierge, not the airport operator, and it follows the same service standard as Bali Premium Trip’s airport assistance.
This page sets out who does what, what each tier includes, how ground staff and partners are coordinated, and the claims we refuse to make. All figures are as of September 2026 and subject to change.
Who runs Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track, and who publishes it?
Three roles, kept separate on purpose.
| Role | Entity | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Service operator | Bali Premium Trip | Receives your booking, confirms it in writing, and schedules greeters, porters and vehicles |
| Publisher | Juara Holding Group | Owns and maintains this website and its editorial standards |
| Airport and border authorities | Not us | They run passport control, customs and security screening. We hold no official partnership or endorsement |
The site exists for one slice of Bali arrivals: travellers who want more than a greeter at the fast track lane. Think families landing with toddlers and prams, seniors, executives travelling with an EA, wedding parties, incentive groups, honeymoon couples and guests who value discretion. The Essential tier is listed for completeness. The focus is VIP and VVIP.
What service standard does the site follow?
The same one Bali Premium Trip applies to its own airport assistance. Its service pages were published in April 2026 and updated between June and August 2026, and they describe these fundamentals:
- Both directions covered. Arrival and departure assistance.
- WhatsApp booking. You send flight details and passenger information.
- Flight tracking. Delays are followed, so your greeter works to the real landing time rather than the printed one.
- Luggage handling. Part of the service, not an afterthought.
- Kerbside departures. A porter takes you to check-in, then an escort walks you through normal security to a lounge where available.
“Normal security” is deliberate wording. Every guest passes through the same passport control, customs and security screening as any other passenger. What changes is who meets you, who carries the bags, who keeps the family or group together, and who has the car ready outside.
What does each tier include, and what does it cost?
Prices are per person, as of September 2026. Vehicle transfers are quoted on request and carry no published price.
| Tier | Price per person | Inclusions (where available, as confirmed) | Typical guest |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | USD 105 | Fast track lane access with a greeter | Solo travellers with light luggage |
| VIP | USD 500 | Meet and greet at the arrival area or airbridge where airport procedures permit; fast track lane escort; baggage assistance; customs guidance; lounge access and refreshments where available; dedicated WhatsApp support | Couples, families, first trip to Bali |
| VVIP | USD 1,500 | Everything in VIP, plus a dedicated personal concierge throughout; porter service; lounge or private-room arrangements where available; baggage delivered to the vehicle; executive vehicle coordination (premium sedan in the Mercedes or BMW class, or a Toyota Alphard, subject to availability) | Executives, seniors, honeymoon arrivals, privacy-sensitive guests |
“Where available” is not filler. Lounge space, airbridge allocation and private-room options depend on the airport and on third-party operators on the day. The reservations team states what applies to your flight when it confirms your booking.
How are ground staff and partners coordinated?
A VIP arrival looks effortless from the guest’s side. Behind it sit six hand-offs, and each one has an owner.
| Hand-off | Handled by | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Booking and manifest | Bali Premium Trip reservations | Flight number, names as printed in passports, luggage count |
| Flight tracking | Reservations team | Any rebooking or change of flight |
| Greeting | Assigned greeter (VIP) or personal concierge (VVIP) | A working WhatsApp number on landing |
| Baggage | Baggage assistance (VIP) or porter service (VVIP) | Number of bags, prams, surfboards or golf sets |
| Wheelchair | Requested through your airline; our team coordinates the handover | Book it with the airline when you book the flight |
| Vehicle | Vetted, licensed transport partners arranged by Bali Premium Trip | Hotel or villa address and passenger count |
Bali Premium Trip does not own the airport, its lounges or any airside facility. Lounge entry follows the lounge operator’s rules, and vehicles are matched to group size across several categories. Groups, MICE delegations, incentive trips and wedding parties need a full manifest before the team can plan staffing.
Expect traffic-dependent drive times from DPS: roughly 20-45 minutes to Nusa Dua or Jimbaran, 30-60 minutes to Seminyak, 45-75 minutes to Uluwatu, 45-90 minutes to Canggu and 1.5-2.5 hours to Ubud. Evening peaks and holidays stretch every one of those ranges.
How does booking work?
- Message the concierge. Send your flight number, date, arrival or departure, and preferred tier.
- Share passenger details. Names, adults and children, luggage, and any wheelchair already requested through your airline.
- Add a transfer if needed. Give your destination and group size for a quote on request.
- Wait for written confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing.
- Keep WhatsApp on. On the day, your greeter follows your flight and contacts you on arrival.
For departures, follow your airline’s guidance, commonly about 3 hours before an international flight. Book well ahead for the busiest windows: July and August, late December to early January, Easter, Australian school holidays and Lebaran.
What will this site never claim?
Trust is easier to lose than to build, so the rules are written down.
- No invented social proof. No fabricated reviews, star ratings, testimonials or awards.
- No founding year. No “years in operation” figure appears anywhere on the site.
- No official status. No airport partnership, no endorsement from airport or government authorities.
- No airside privileges. No tarmac access, private terminal or private processing room.
- No shortcuts. Nobody skips passport control, customs or security screening.
- No clock promises. No guaranteed processing times, because queues depend on the airport on the day.
- Only three prices. USD 105, USD 500 and USD 1,500, each dated and subject to change.
Passports, entry requirements, arrival declarations and any tourist levy remain the traveller’s responsibility. Check official Indonesian government sources before you fly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track run by the airport?
No. Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track is an independent assistance service operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. It has no official partnership with, or endorsement from, the airport operator or government authorities. Passport control, customs and security stay under those authorities, and every guest goes through them as normal.
Why are there no reviews or star ratings on this site?
Because the site publishes nothing it cannot verify. You will not find invented reviews, star ratings, awards or years-in-operation figures here. If you want to understand how a VIP or VVIP arrival actually runs, ask the Bali Premium Trip reservations team directly on WhatsApp and judge the detail of their answers before you book.
Is the standard different from Bali Premium Trip’s own airport service?
No. The site follows the same standard: arrival and departure coverage, WhatsApp booking, flight tracking for delays, luggage handling, and departure escort from kerbside to check-in, through normal security to a lounge where available. The difference is focus. This site concentrates on the VIP tier at USD 500 and the VVIP tier at USD 1,500 per person.
Who actually meets me when I land at DPS?
A greeter or personal concierge assigned by Bali Premium Trip. On VIP, that means meet and greet at the arrival area or airbridge where airport procedures permit, plus a fast track lane escort. On VVIP, a dedicated concierge stays with you throughout, alongside a porter and vehicle coordination. Confirm the exact meeting point with the reservations team when booking.
