Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track Disclaimer

Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track Disclaimer

Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track is an independent arrival and departure assistance service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. It is not the airport operator, is not endorsed by any Indonesian authority, and cannot bypass immigration, customs or security checks.

Last reviewed: September 2026. Figures and procedures on this site are dated and subject to change.

This page explains what the service is, what it is not, how bookings and liability work, and how personal data sent through WhatsApp or email is treated. Read it together with the written confirmation you receive from the reservations team, which governs each individual booking.

Who operates ngurahraivipfasttrack.com, and who does not?

Three roles matter here. Keeping them separate avoids the most common misunderstanding: that a paid fast track service is part of the airport itself.

Party Role on this site What it is not
Bali Premium Trip Operates the service, handles reservations, assigns greeters and coordinates vehicles Not the airport operator; not a government agency
Juara Holding Group Publisher of ngurahraivipfasttrack.com Not a booking counter; takes no payments through this site
Airport operator and Indonesian authorities Run the terminal, border control, customs and aviation security Not partners of this service and do not endorse it

Vehicle transfers may come from Bali Premium Trip’s own fleet or be arranged through vetted licensed transport partners, depending on the date, vehicle class and availability.

What can a VIP or VVIP fast track service not do?

Paid assistance changes how smoothly you move through the terminal. It does not change the rules. Every guest, at every tier, passes through the same official checks as any other traveller.

The service cannot:

  • Skip, shorten or influence passport control, customs inspection or security screening.
  • Guarantee a waiting time at any state checkpoint. Queue length depends on flight bunching, staffing and procedures outside our control.
  • Promise lounge access, private rooms or meet and greet at the airbridge. These are provided where available and where airport procedures permit on the day.
  • Offer private terminals, aircraft-side vehicle pickup or escorted motorcades.
  • Override airline decisions on boarding, seating, baggage allowance or wheelchairs. Wheelchairs are requested through your airline; the team coordinates the handover.

If anyone claims otherwise while using the Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track name, treat the claim as unauthorised and check with the reservations team in writing.

Who is responsible for entry requirements?

You are. Each traveller remains responsible for:

  • A passport with the validity Indonesia requires on arrival.
  • Any entry permit or authorisation required for their nationality and purpose of travel.
  • Arrival declarations, including customs and any health declaration in force.
  • The Bali tourist levy, where it applies.
  • Carrying goods, cash and medication within Indonesian limits.

Rules change, sometimes at short notice. Check current requirements directly with official Indonesian government sources, such as the Directorate General of Immigration, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, and the Bali Provincial Government for the tourist levy, as well as with your airline. A greeter can point you to the correct counter. A greeter cannot fill gaps in your documents or decide whether you are admitted.

How current are the prices and inclusions?

As of September 2026, three tiers are published. Prices are per person in US dollars and may change; the figure in your written confirmation is the one that applies.

Tier Price (as of Sept 2026) Included, where available and as confirmed
Essential USD 105 Fast track lane access with a greeter
VIP USD 500 Meet and greet where procedures permit, fast track lane escort, baggage assistance, customs guidance, lounge access and refreshments where available, dedicated WhatsApp support
VVIP USD 1,500 Everything in VIP, plus a dedicated personal concierge, porter service, lounge or private-room arrangements where available, baggage delivered to the vehicle, executive vehicle coordination subject to availability

Vehicle transfers have no published price and are quoted per request. Children’s pricing should be confirmed with reservations before booking. Older pages elsewhere online may show different numbers; they do not apply to bookings arranged through this site.

When is a booking actually confirmed?

A booking starts when you send flight details and passenger information by WhatsApp or email. It is confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing. A chat acknowledgement, an automated reply or a price mentioned in conversation is not a confirmation.

Cancellation, change and payment terms are set out in that written confirmation. Capacity is tighter in peak periods, typically July to August, late December to early January, Easter, Australian school holidays and Lebaran, so book well ahead and keep your flight number updated with the team.

What are the limits of liability?

The team tracks flights and adjusts when schedules move, but some events sit entirely outside its control. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Bali Premium Trip and Juara Holding Group are not liable for losses arising from:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, diversions or missed connections.
  • Decisions by airlines, border officers, customs or security staff, including refusal of entry or boarding.
  • Baggage lost or damaged while in an airline’s custody.
  • Closures or disruption caused by weather, volcanic ash, strikes, system outages or government orders.
  • Inaccurate or late information supplied by the guest.

Where liability does arise, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing on this page removes rights you hold under Indonesia’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999) or any other rule that cannot be excluded by contract.

How is personal data handled under UU PDP and GDPR?

Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP), was enacted in October 2022, and its full obligations took effect in October 2024. It governs how the reservations team collects and uses your data.

To deliver the service, the team typically needs names as shown on travel documents, flight numbers and times, a contact number, group size and any mobility or family needs you choose to share. This data is used to run your booking and is passed only to the greeters, drivers and vetted partners who need it for that booking.

Your right under UU PDP What it means in practice
Information and access Ask what data is held about you and why
Correction Fix wrong names, flight details or contact numbers
Deletion or end of processing Ask for data to be erased once it is no longer needed
Withdrawal of consent Stop further use, noting that a live booking may then not be deliverable
Restriction and objection Ask to limit certain uses, including decisions made purely by automated means

International visitors from the EU, EEA or UK may hold comparable rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR where those laws apply, and such requests go through the same channels listed below. WhatsApp and email providers process messages under their own privacy terms, so never send payment card numbers by chat.

Is anything on this site legal or travel-document advice?

No. Articles, guides, drive-time ranges and seasonal notes are general information, prepared with care but not tailored to your circumstances. They are not legal, tax, medical or travel-document advice. Links to outside websites are offered for convenience; their content is not controlled here.
