How much does an upgrade from Essential to VIP cost?
There are only three prices, and all of them are per person:

How do you request an upgrade before you fly?

- Send the name on your existing Essential booking.
- Add flight number, date, and whether it is an arrival, a departure, or both.
- Name the tier you want for each traveller.
- Flag anything that affects handling: a pram, extra-large luggage, a wheelchair already requested through your airline, or a group manifest.
- Wait for the written reply showing what is available on your date, such as lounge access or vehicle class.
- Treat the upgrade as confirmed only when that written confirmation arrives.
Flights are tracked to handle delays, but send any change of flight number or date straight away.
When is upgrading to VIP or VVIP worth it?
If your only worry is the queue, Essential covers it. If the worry is everything around the queue (bags, children, a parent, the car), VIP and VVIP earn their price.

When should you stay on Essential?
Essential still fits well when:

Does upgrading to VVIP include the car to your hotel?
VVIP includes executive vehicle coordination, meaning a premium sedan such as a Mercedes or BMW class car, or a Toyota Alphard, subject to availability. The transfer itself is quoted per request, so ask how it is priced when you upgrade.
Typical drive times from DPS depend on traffic and are not guarantees: Nusa Dua and Jimbaran roughly 20-45 minutes, Seminyak 30-60 minutes, Uluwatu 45-75 minutes, Canggu 45-90 minutes and Ubud 1.5-2.5 hours. Evening peaks and holidays stretch all of them.
On departure, handling starts kerbside, with a porter to check-in and an escort through normal security to a lounge where available. Airlines commonly advise arriving about 3 hours before international departures, and an upgrade does not change that.
What can stop an upgrade from being confirmed?
- Lounge and private-room space varies by date, so both stay “where available”.
- Executive vehicles are subject to availability.
- Peak dates fill first: July-August, late December to early January, Easter, Australian school holiday windows and Lebaran. Ask well ahead for these.
