Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track is an independent arrival and departure assistance service at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), the airport serving Bali near Tuban and Kuta. It is operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. We are not the airport operator, and the service is not endorsed by airport or government authorities.
These three tiers are the only published rates. Different figures on older pages elsewhere do not apply.

“Where available” matters. Lounge and private-room options depend on your terminal, flight time and airport procedures on the day, so reservations confirms them against your actual flight.
No tier skips passport control, customs or security screening. Every guest completes the normal checks; the service makes that journey calmer and better organised.
What is quoted separately from the tier price?
- Vehicle transfers. Quoted per request, with no published figure. The cost depends on vehicle class, destination and time of day. As a guide, drive times from DPS run roughly 20-45 minutes to Nusa Dua or Jimbaran, 30-60 minutes to Seminyak, 45-75 minutes to Uluwatu, 45-90 minutes to Canggu and 1.5-2.5 hours to Ubud, longer in evening peaks and holidays.
- VVIP vehicle coordination. VVIP includes arranging the executive vehicle and bringing your bags to it. Ask for the transfer itself to be itemised in your written quote.
- The other direction. A departure is a separate booking from an arrival.
- Government requirements. Passports, entry requirements, arrival declarations and any tourist levy remain the traveller’s responsibility. Check official Indonesian government sources before you fly. None of these is part of the service price.
Is the price charged separately for arrival and departure?
Yes. Each direction is booked and priced on its own, and you can mix tiers.
On arrival, assistance begins at the arrival area or airbridge where airport procedures permit. You move through the fast track lane and baggage reclaim and get customs guidance, then you are walked out to your transport.
On departure, it starts at the kerb. A porter takes bags to check-in, and you are escorted through normal security screening to a lounge where one is available. Follow your airline’s timing guidance, commonly about 3 hours before an international departure.

How are children and group sizes priced?
Children. According to an FAQ source from August 2026, children under 2 were free. Treat that as unconfirmed until reservations confirm it for your booking, and ask about older children at the same time.
Seniors. Wheelchairs are requested through your airline; the team coordinates the handover to your greeter.
Groups, MICE, incentives and wedding parties. The per-person tier price is the starting point. Reservations needs a full manifest (names, flight numbers and the tier for each guest) before it can quote. No group discount is published, so do not budget for one.

The couple gets a meet and greet, a fast track lane escort, baggage help and lounge refreshments where available, plus a WhatsApp thread for questions. A transfer to Uluwatu or Seminyak is quoted separately.
The family gets a greeter and fast track lane access. Essential does not include baggage assistance, so if two adults are managing a pram, car seat and suitcases, compare it with VIP before booking.
The executive gets a personal concierge from start to finish, a porter, bags delivered to the vehicle and coordination of a premium sedan or Alphard, subject to availability. A departure on the same trip is another booking at the VVIP rate.
How does booking work?
- Message on WhatsApp. Send the flight number, date, arrival or departure, passenger count and preferred tier.
- Share passenger details. Include names as they appear on passports, children’s ages, mobility needs and how many bags you have.
- Receive a written quote. It shows the tier total and, if you asked for one, a separate transfer quote.

- Travel day. The team tracks your flight to handle delays, and your greeter meets you where airport procedures permit.
When should you book to lock in a slot?
Demand peaks in July and August (European and Australian holidays), from late December to early January, around Easter and during Australian school holidays. Indonesian holidays such as Lebaran also bring heavy domestic traffic. Book well ahead for those dates. Prices are current as of 2026 and may change, so keep your written confirmation.
