Essential USD 105 at Bali Airport: What It Covers (2026)

The Essential USD 105 tier at Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) covers one thing well: fast track lane access with a greeter, priced per person as of September 2026. It does not include baggage help, lounge access, a porter or a car. Those sit in the VIP (USD 500) and VVIP (USD 1,500) tiers.

Bali Premium Trip operates Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track as an independent arrival and departure service. It is not the airport operator and has no endorsement from airport or government authorities.

What exactly does the Essential USD 105 tier include?

As of September 2026, Essential includes fast track lane access with a greeter, charged at USD 105 per person. A team member meets you at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and walks you to the fast track lane. Passport control, customs and security checks still apply to every guest, in every tier.

That’s the whole package. For plenty of travellers it is exactly right, and paying more would buy things they never use.

The full three-tier breakdown sits on the Ngurah Rai VIP fast track rates page. This article stays with the entry tier and asks one question: is it enough for you?

How does Essential compare with VIP and VVIP, line by line?

Inclusions below follow Bali Premium Trip’s service pages, published in April 2026 and updated between June and August 2026. Anything marked “where available” depends on airport procedures on the day.

Inclusion Essential USD 105 VIP USD 500 VVIP USD 1,500
Greeter Yes Yes Yes
Fast track lane Access Escorted Escorted
Meet and greet at arrival area or airbridge (where procedures permit) No Yes Yes
Baggage assistance No Yes Yes
Customs guidance No Yes Yes
Lounge access (where available) No Yes Yes, or private-room arrangement where available
Refreshments (where available) No Yes Yes
Dedicated WhatsApp support No Yes Yes
Personal concierge throughout No No Yes
Porter service No No Yes
Baggage delivered to the vehicle No No Yes
Executive vehicle coordination No No Yes, subject to availability

The step from Essential to VIP is mostly about hands and waiting: someone helps with bags, explains customs, and finds you a quieter place to sit where a lounge is available. The step to VVIP is about continuity. One concierge stays with you to the car, and a premium sedan such as a Mercedes or BMW class car or a Toyota Alphard is coordinated, subject to availability.

What does Essential not cover?

Essential does not include:

  • Help lifting or pushing luggage, including surfboards, golf bags or prams
  • Lounge entry or refreshments before a departure
  • A porter from kerbside to check-in
  • Customs guidance or baggage hall support
  • Any vehicle or transfer. Transfers are quoted per request, with no published price
  • Wheelchairs, which are requested through your airline. If a senior in your party needs one, VIP adds an escort and baggage help around the handover
  • Anything to do with your documents. Travellers stay responsible for passports, entry requirements, arrival declarations and any tourist levy, and should check official Indonesian government sources before flying

Who is Essential enough for?

Essential suits travellers who want a smoother start and can manage the rest themselves:

  1. Solo travellers with carry-on or one checked bag. The greeter and fast track lane are the parts that save effort.
  2. Couples travelling light who have already booked their own hotel car.
  3. Repeat Bali visitors who know the DPS arrival hall and pickup area.

Step up to VIP or VVIP if any of these describe your trip:

  • Toddlers, prams and car seats, where baggage assistance earns its price quickly
  • Seniors who need an escort and a coordinated wheelchair handover
  • Executives travelling with an executive assistant who want one WhatsApp thread for every update
  • Groups, MICE, incentives or wedding parties, which need a passenger manifest in any case
  • Honeymoon couples who want a lounge and a car waiting

What would a solo traveller, couple or family actually pay?

Prices are per person, as of September 2026, and subject to change. Multiply the tier rate by the number of travellers; transfers are excluded because they are quoted per request.

Scenario Essential VIP VVIP
Solo traveller (1 adult) 1 × USD 105 1 × USD 500 1 × USD 1,500
Couple (2 adults) 2 × USD 105 2 × USD 500 2 × USD 1,500
Family (2 adults, children aged 6 and 9) 4 × USD 105 4 × USD 500 4 × USD 1,500
Family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) 3 or 4 × USD 105 3 or 4 × USD 500 3 or 4 × USD 1,500

The last row shows two headcounts for a reason. An August 2026 FAQ source reported that children under 2 are free, but treat that as unconfirmed until the reservations team says so in writing for your booking.

For a family of four, VIP costs close to five times what Essential does. Luggage volume and tired children decide whether that is worth paying, not status.

Does Essential work for departures as well?

Yes. On a departure, Essential gives you the greeter and fast track lane access. It leaves out the kerbside porter to check-in and the lounge stop that come with the higher tiers. Follow your airline’s timing guidance, which is commonly about 3 hours before an international departure.

When should you book Essential early?

Arrivals at DPS typically peak in July and August, from late December into early January, around Easter, and during Australian school holiday windows. Lebaran and other Indonesian holidays also lift domestic traffic. Book well ahead for those dates.

How is an Essential booking confirmed?

Send flight details and passenger information by WhatsApp to +62 811-2859-0000 or by email to sales@balipremiumtrip.com. The team tracks flights so a delay is picked up rather than missed. A booking counts as confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Essential USD 105 price per person or per booking?

Per person. As of September 2026, each traveller on an Essential booking is charged USD 105, so a couple pays twice that and a party of four pays four times that. Children’s pricing is not published as a fixed rule; an August 2026 FAQ source mentioned infants under 2 travelling free, so confirm with reservations before paying.

Can I switch from Essential to VIP after I have booked?

You can ask. Message the reservations team on WhatsApp with your booking details and the tier you want. The change applies only once they confirm it in writing, and the price moves to VIP USD 500 per person. Ask early before peak dates such as July, August or late December, when demand is highest.

Does the Essential USD 105 tier include a car from the airport?

No. Essential covers fast track lane access with a greeter only. Vehicle transfers are quoted per request, with no published price as of September 2026. If you want a car arranged as part of the service, VVIP at USD 1,500 per person includes executive vehicle coordination, such as a premium sedan or Toyota Alphard, subject to availability.
