These Ngurah Rai VIP Fast Track terms of service govern airport assistance booked through ngurahraivipfasttrack.com at Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). The service is operated by Bali Premium Trip, priced at USD 105, USD 500 or USD 1,500 per person, and confirmed only when our reservations team replies to you in writing.
Effective date: 16 September 2026. Prices and inclusions are stated as of September 2026 and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Who provides the service, and who publishes this site?
- Operator: Bali Premium Trip (“we”, “us”) arranges and delivers the arrival and departure assistance described on this site.
- Publisher: ngurahraivipfasttrack.com is published by Juara Holding Group.
- Independence: we are an independent service provider. We are not the airport operator, and we are not endorsed by, partnered with or acting for the airport or any Indonesian government authority.
By sending a booking request, you accept these terms. If you book for others, you confirm you have their authority and will share these terms with them.
What exactly are you booking at each tier?
| Tier | Price per person (as of Sept 2026) | Inclusions (where available and as confirmed) |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | USD 105 | Fast track lane access with a greeter |
| VIP | USD 500 | Meet and greet at the arrival area or airbridge where airport procedures permit; fast track lane escort; baggage assistance; customs guidance; lounge access and refreshments where available; dedicated WhatsApp support |
| VVIP | USD 1,500 | Everything in VIP, plus a dedicated personal concierge throughout; porter service; lounge or private-room arrangements where available; baggage delivered to your vehicle; executive vehicle coordination (premium sedan such as Mercedes or BMW class, or Toyota Alphard, subject to availability) |
- Vehicle transfers are quoted per request. There is no published transfer price.
- Children and infants: confirm any pricing with reservations before you book.
- Price changes: prices may change until your booking is confirmed; the confirmed price then applies.
When is a booking actually confirmed?
- You send a request by WhatsApp or email with your flight number, travel date, arrival or departure, passenger names and count, preferred tier, baggage and any special assistance needs.
- Our reservations team checks availability and what airport procedures allow on that date.
- Your booking is confirmed only when the Bali Premium Trip reservations team replies in writing, by WhatsApp or email, stating the tier, price, date and payment terms.
A form, an automated reply or a social media message does not create a booking. You are responsible for accurate details; a wrong flight number or name can make delivery impossible.
How do changes, delays and cancellations work?
The change and cancellation terms in your written confirmation govern that booking, including deadlines and refunds. Arrangements differ by tier, date and group size, so no single schedule is published.
- Flight delays: we track flights to adjust for delays. Tell us about any rebooking promptly.
- Changes: a change takes effect only once reservations confirms it in writing, and may affect price or availability.
- Missed meetings: if you cannot be found at the agreed meeting point and have not contacted us, your confirmation’s no-show terms apply.
- Cancellation by us: if we cannot deliver a confirmed service for reasons within our control, we will tell you as early as possible and handle the booking as set out in your written confirmation.
What are you responsible for as a guest?
| Area | Your responsibility |
|---|---|
| Travel documents | Carrying a valid passport and any entry documents required for your nationality |
| Entry rules | Meeting Indonesian entry requirements, completing arrival declarations and paying any Bali tourist levy. Check official Indonesian government sources and your airline before you fly |
| Official instructions | Following the instructions of airport, customs, security and border officers at all times |
| Airline matters | Check-in deadlines, baggage allowances and wheelchair requests, which are booked through your airline (our team coordinates the handover) |
| Departure timing | Arriving in line with airline guidance, commonly about 3 hours before an international departure |
| Groups, MICE and weddings | Providing a complete passenger manifest before confirmation |
| Conduct and items | Carrying no prohibited items and behaving lawfully |
We do not give legal advice or advice on whether you are eligible to enter Indonesia.
What does the service not include or guarantee?
- No guaranteed processing times. Waits depend on authorities, flight volumes and staffing. We promise no duration.
- Standard checks still apply. Every passenger completes the normal government and airport checks. Where a fast track lane is offered, it depends on airport procedures on the day, and our assistance never replaces an official check.
- Lounges and extras are “where available” and can be unavailable due to capacity, opening hours, closures or airport rules.
- Meeting points such as the airbridge depend on what airport procedures permit.
- Peak periods mean heavier traffic: July to August, late December to early January, Easter, Australian school holidays and Indonesian holidays such as Lebaran. Book well ahead for these dates.
What happens in a force majeure event?
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control: severe weather, volcanic ash, natural disasters, airport closures, air traffic restrictions, government orders, public health measures, strikes, civil unrest, power or telecommunications failures, or changes to airport procedures.
We will work with you in good faith to reschedule or adjust. Amounts paid are handled per your written confirmation and applicable Indonesian law.
How is our liability limited?
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law:
- our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed onward connections, missed hotel check-ins, lost business or lost holiday time;
- we are not liable for the acts or decisions of airlines, the airport operator, government authorities, lounge operators or other third parties outside our control;
- we handle baggage with care, but you should keep valuables, medication and travel documents in your hand luggage and report any damage immediately.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. This includes your rights under Indonesia’s Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
How do we handle your personal data?
We collect only what the service needs: names, contact details, flight information, passenger numbers, assistance needs and, for groups, manifests.
We handle this data in line with Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). For visitors from the EU and UK, we also aim to respect core GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) principles: stated purpose, data minimisation and honouring access or correction requests.
Details are shared only with those delivering your booking, such as greeters, drivers and vehicle partners; WhatsApp messages are also covered by WhatsApp’s own terms. For access, correction or deletion, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com. See our Privacy Policy.
How can you contact us or raise a complaint?
| Route | Details | Best for |

| sales@balipremiumtrip.com | Written confirmations, group manifests, data requests, complaints |
Send complaints in writing with your booking details. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and both parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith in writing.
Can these terms change?
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. The version published when your booking was confirmed applies to that booking.
